34 Weeks

I am now 34 weeks along! I went to the doctor and of course gained more weight, I don't remember I forgot to write it down. My belly is now 34 cm. or about 13.4 inches!! And the doctor estimated Zane to be about 6 pounds!! And we have 6 more weeks to go!! I was talking to the doctor and because I can't do an epidural (too much scar tissue for the risk of them not knowing how far the needle is in) I asked what the options were if in case I needed a c-section. They would have to put me out! Which is something I would not want to do! So while you are saying your prayers please add not needing a c-section to see Zane too!! :) I have been staying in doors as much as possible, and sitting in the coolest spots of the house! The heat isn't too bad unless I go outside and the in and outs of a car! I am done working completely now. I need to finish lesson plans and take those in which I will do in a week or so. But other than that I have been staying busy making a huge mess of the house, cleaning and reorganizing everything! And of course many naps! Zane continues to be very active and when I can't remember when he moved last I tell him you need to move for me! And he is a good listener! :) Shaun and I are very excited two more weeks and we are in the 'any day now' time frame! People have been asking if we are ready yet? No!!! He isn't done cooking yet! And the house is a mess! Here is a picture of me at 34 weeks.

32 weeks!

Hello! We are at 32 weeks now. I have gained 2 more pounds and 2 more centimeters since my last appointment 2 weeks ago. I am right on track. Zane's heart beat continues to be in the 150's. The doctor explained the swooshes and the clicks on the heart beat monitor, the clicks are when the blood goes through the valves of his heart and the swoosh is the blood going through the placenta. Very cool. Zane is moving a lot! He is already keeping me up at night! However, now that I don't work everyday, I have been enjoying little naps all day long! :)
