Awwwww

The sun was glaring in and I ran and took pictures as fast as I could to get these...maybe one day they will both smile and won't have red eyes in a picture together but it was too cute not to get and share! Zane asked to hold Addilyn! Awwwwwww

Zane is learning and helping!

Zane loves to help around the house! He is in the imitation stage now! He likes to help wash dishes, it started as him putting them on the rack and towel to dry, but now he likes to get his hands soapy and will use the bottle brush to clean the cups. He puts them to dry, but puts the lids on their cups! He is smart! Knows which cup gets what lid! He also likes to sweep, and will get the little broom out to clean up the messes, I think he makes them on purpose sometimes! :) He likes to play with the vacuum and try to turn it on, but doesn't like when it is actually on! And if Addilyn is crying he is very concerned, today in the car he told her "shhh". So cute!!

He was wearing Dad's shoes and going to take the recycling out!

Today we make pumpkin pie and he dumped the ingredients in and stirred and poured. I think I made the bigger mess!!

And his newest trick is to get the stools and stand on them, usually at the sink so he can see the bubbles, but today it was in the middle of the floor!

Addilyn and Zane

Life is good! Zane is adjusting well to his new sister! Today he wanted me to pick him up but I was holding Addilyn, he found her bouncy chair and wanted me to put her down in it. It was cute! He is a very smart boy! He loves his sister! He gets very concerned if he hears her cry or make any noise. He likes to check on her and always gives her kisses before he goes to sleep. He got to hold her and he like that! Daddy was very proud too! (The bump under her chin is just her outfit, she still has room to grow in that one).

She was 6 days old in this picture with her bear and piglet. We will watch her grow with these stuffed animals! :)

Zane discovered Post-it notes! He had fun with Dad sticking them on their faces. This one dad was trying to get him to say "Arr" like a pirate.

So now that Zane wants to do his own thing, it is super hard to get him to stay still for pictures, let alone, get my camera to take the picture when he is smiling or giving Addilyn kisses! I need it to be super fast! and I thought it was a fast one. These are Zane's 19th month pictures!
