Addilyn Zolee Wahlstrom

Addilyn was born on 2/12/10 at 2:52 pm. She weighed 8 lbs 5 oz and was 20 inches long. I pushed about 5 times and she was here! Her shoulders got stuck but she was okay! She sleeps a lot right now but is very cute! Zane looks for her if he sees her blankets and gives her her hats. He says hi to her but isn't too sure what else she can do! He will be a great big brother!

Zane wasn't allowed in the hospital rooms, so he got to see her when we were in the hallway going up stairs.

18 Months!!

Zane is now a year and a half!! I can't believe it!! Time flies!! Here are some pictures of him! As he gets older it makes it more difficult for him to stay still! It wasn't helpful that my camera memory stick was full and I had to delete pictures and the flash took forever between shots! But here are a few cute pictures.

Zane's Snow Visit

On December 20th we went up to Flagstaff with some friends to play in the snow! It was fun! Zane had a blast until the end when he was wet, cold and tired! He sled down the hill with Dad and enjoyed walking around and throwing his ball into the snow. He also liked eating the snow! We made sure there was no yellow snow! :) He liked wearing Dad's goggles!

Zane LOVES playing on the playground at church after service. At first he would just run around it and watch all of the kids, now he loves the slide and is exploring more, and when we put him on the bridge he will go across and go up through the tube to the slide. He hasn't figured out how to go down the slide without Daddy coming to help! He has fun! and doesn't want to leave!!!

New Car Seat! Big Boy!

We got Zane a new car seat and he loves it!!

He was trying to get comfy and go to sleep with his blanket!















Playing peek-a-boo!! He is also getting all of his bottom teeth and eating and sucking on anything, which is why he has his pacifier.

TOOO CUTE!!!!

Zane is so smart and soooo cute!! He LOVES shoes! You ask him where are your shoes he points and says 'shoz'. So last night we are getting ready to leave the house. Shaun puts Zane's shoes on him and he is walking around. Zane finds Shaun's socks and brings them to him, so he put them on and said "Go get my shoes, they are over there." Zane walks away, a couple of moments later here comes Zane with both tennis shoes in hand saying "shoz, shoz" and gives Shaun his tennis shoes to put on. Once the shoes are on, Zane claps! How smart is that!! :)

I can hear Zane playing in his crib today, so I get up and he sees me and pops right up and walks across his crib, I pick him up and he gives me a big hug, and than kisses.... just melts my heart when he gives kisses without me saying anything!! Too cute!

Oh and now he signs finished when he is done eating!! He tries to say eat if you ask him if he wants to eat. His finished now looks like he is waving really big above his head...trying to capture a picture....I need a film crew.....:)
